SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROLIZ CONSULTING ARE AS FOLLOWS:

 

1. PROJECT WRITING

Some institutions requires temporary consultancy for preparation of project proposals. These institutions and enterprises contact us and the eligibility of their project idea is investigated and an appropriate grant call is found. If the financial and technical capacity of the institution is sufficient, a contract is made with the client and the project is written with a representative from the client’s institution. We target to make annual contracts and work within the body of our clients as their employees.

Our company specialized in the following grant programs:

1. Development Agencies (SME Financial Support and NGO Financial Support Programs)

2. Life Long Learning (LLP) Leonardo Da Vinci Vocational Education Program (mobility, transfer of innovation, partnerships)

3. All calls for proposals published by the Central Finance and Contracts Unit within the context of Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA)

2. TRAININGS

Our company organizes and provides there types of trainings (no individual trainings is provided):

1. Project Cycle Management Training that could be used for preparing project proposals for grant programs such as IPA projects (published by Central Finance and Contracts Unit), Development Agencies, EUROPEAID, and Progress. At the end of trainings, participants gain skills of writing and submitting project proposals. 

2. Costless Trainings for the Youth In Action Program: All NGOs can utilize this service. In case the institution is out of Izmir province, we request organizations to meet the transportation and accommodation expenses of our project experts. This is a service provided by Proliz experts voluntarily and with a self-sacrifice.

3. Two days of theoretical and three days of applied trainings on Life Long Learning program can be requested by private sector, chambers, or vocational schools. At the end of trainings, participants gain skills of writing and submitting project proposals.

 

3. PROJECT TRANSLATIONS

Proliz Consulting has several certified interpreters from the foundation day.

All EU projects submitted in Turkish (except LDV mobility) should have English annexes including project summary, project budget, and logical framework. Our company performed translations of summary, logical framework matrix, and budget of 15 projects in 2008 and 37 projects in 2009.

All EU projects submitted in Turkish language and funded by the EU (except LDV mobility) should be translated to English within 20 days before the contract signing. Our company performed translations of 15 projects in 2007, 8 projects in 2008, and 17 projects in 2009.

Translations are subjected to the privacy agreement. Full project texts cannot be used for commercial purposes.

 

4. SWOT ANALYSIS, MARKETING PLAN

The healthiest projects are those that solve the primary and real problems. A needs analysis should be made based on short and long term strategic targets of companies and then, the appropriate grant programs should be found based on this needs analysis. With this logic, we perform SWOT analysis in institutions and enterprises especially before writing a project proposal.

For companies that want to enhance their sales in especially European markets, a professional Marketing Plan is prepared based on information such as market size according to product segments, effective markets, Turkish and foreign competitors in the market, the anticipated sales trend for the next 5 years, marketing activities of the basic competitors, and comparison of these competitors with the client’s company. In this context, the relevant literature is reviewed, some necessary research reports are purchased, and local markets are investigated on a sectoral basis. Translations are done all questions that should be covered in a Marketing Plan is answered.
